Accounts are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any account will remain active, perform in any particular way, or be free of issues after handover.

Playconsole.fun is an independent seller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Google LLC, Google Play, or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

We accept no liability and no responsibility for how an account is used, for any action taken by Google or Google Play, or for any suspension, ban, restriction, or loss that may occur after handover.

Once an account is in your control, what happens to it is outside our hands. We make no promises about how Google will treat the account going forward, and we are not responsible for decisions Google makes.

The buyer assumes full responsibility and all risk for purchasing and using the account, and for compliance with any applicable third-party terms (including Google’s policies) and local laws. You decide how to use the account, and you accept the consequences of that use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playconsole.fun shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of an account.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost data, loss of access, business interruption, or any other loss, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the account in question.

You are responsible for using any account lawfully and in line with all applicable terms and policies, including the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement. Nothing on this site should be read as encouragement to break any third-party terms or any law.
