Terms of Service & Sale

These Terms of Service and Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (the “buyer”) and Playconsole.fun(“we”, “us”, the “seller”). They apply to every enquiry, order, and purchase you make with us.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not place an order or use any account we provide.

We sell access to Google Play Console developer accounts. Some accounts are fresh and verified; others may include apps that are already published. The specific details of any account — its age, status, and what it includes — are confirmed with you over WhatsApp before you pay.

We are an independent seller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Google Play. All product names, logos, and brands belong to their respective owners and are referenced only for identification.

Prices and availability are agreed directly over WhatsApp at the time of purchase. An order is confirmed only once payment has cleared and we have acknowledged it.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before delivery, for any reason. If we cancel an order before delivery and you have already paid, we will return that payment.

Once payment clears, we send the account login details to you over WhatsApp, usually the same day. Delivery is considered complete the moment those details are sent to you.

After handover, it is your responsibility to secure the account, change credentials where appropriate, and keep your access details safe. We cannot recover an account on your behalf once it is in your control.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an account has been delivered, there are NO refunds, NO returns, and NO exchanges under any circumstances.

Because what we sell is digital access that cannot be “un-delivered” once handed over, you accept that you forfeit any right to a refund, return, or exchange the moment the account details reach you. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for the full details.

Every account is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We check accounts for strikes, suspensions, and policy flags before handover, but we do not and cannot guarantee any specific future outcome, performance, uptime, or that an account will remain active.

You assume full responsibility and all risk for purchasing and using the account. This includes complying with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, all applicable Google policies, the terms of any other third party, and the laws that apply where you live and operate.

You are solely responsible for how the account is used, for the content you publish, and for any consequences that follow.

We accept no liability and no responsibility for how an account is used after handover, for any action taken by Google or Google Play, or for any suspension, ban, restriction, or loss that may occur once the account is in your control. See our Disclaimer for the full limitation of liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. The “Last updated” date above shows when this page last changed.
