Refund & Returns Policy

Please read this carefully before you buy. We want there to be no surprises: once an account is delivered, the sale is final.

01All sales are final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are NO refunds, NO returns, and NO exchanges under any circumstances once an account has been delivered.

When you buy from Playconsole.fun, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full. If a no-refund policy is not acceptable to you, please do not place an order.

02Why we have this policy

What we sell is access to a digital account. The moment we hand over the login details, you have everything — and there is no way to take it back or verify it has not been used or changed. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once delivery is complete.

03When delivery is complete

Delivery is complete the moment we send your account login details to you over WhatsApp. From that point on, the sale is final and this no-refund policy applies in full.

04No refunds for actions after handover

We do not provide refunds for anything that happens after handover. This includes, without limitation:

  • Any suspension, ban, restriction, or removal applied by Google or Google Play.
  • How the account is used, what is published on it, or any policy issue that results from that use.
  • Loss of access caused by your own actions, lost credentials, or failure to secure the account.
  • Change of mind, or buying the wrong type of account.

05Before you buy

We are happy to answer every question before you pay. Ask us about the account’s status, what it includes, and anything you are unsure of. Once you are confident and pay, the no-refund policy takes effect.

06Orders cancelled before delivery

The only situation in which money is returned is if Playconsole.fun cancels an order before any account has been delivered. In that case we return what you paid. Once delivery has happened, no refund is possible.

07Support continues regardless

No refunds does not mean no help. If you get stuck after the sale, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to help you sort it out. Support is part of what you buy — it just is not a refund.
